How We Help

We inspect, document, and explain

Carriers act on evidence, not opinions. Our job is to turn what is on your roof into something an adjuster can approve.

A full roof and exterior inspectionEvery slope, the attic side, plus gutters, screens and other collateral damage. Photographs and measured test squaresImpacts chalked inside a measured square, so damage is countable rather than debatable. A written scope of workItemised repairs or replacement, in the format your carrier expects to receive. Guidance on what happens nextPlain English, at each stage, including what we would do if it were our house.
Our Claims Support Process

We guide you through every step

Four stages, and you know where the claim stands at each one without having to chase anybody.

Inspect the roof

A detailed inspection of the roof and everything attached to it, to establish what the storm actually did.

Document the damage

Photographs, measurements and test squares, dated against the storm so the date of loss is provable.

Provide a written scope

An itemised scope of repair or replacement, submitted to your carrier in a form they can act on.

Move forward with the plan

We meet the adjuster on the roof, supplement a short scope from our evidence, and carry out approved work.

What We Help Document

Clear evidence for a clear claim

Five things carriers look for, and five things most homeowners cannot photograph themselves.

Granule loss on asphalt shingles caused by hail, photographed as claim evidence

Hail impacts

Bruised mats, missing granules, and impacts on vents, caps and roof accessories.

Lifted or creased shingles

Wind breaks the seal strip and creases the tab. Laid back down it still looks intact.

Flashing damage

Separated or damaged flashing at chimneys, sidewalls and roof transitions.
Daylight visible through attic rafters and decking, indicating roof damage

Leaks and moisture intrusion

Interior stains, damp sheathing, and wet underlayment in the attic.
Water damage along a gutter and fascia board after storm damage

Gutter damage

Dented, detached or blocked gutters and downspouts, which are often the visible proof.
Aged asphalt shingles assessed for overall roof condition during a claim inspection

Overall roof condition

Age, prior repairs and remaining service life, all recorded so nothing is a surprise later.
Common Homeowner Concerns

We know what you are worried about

These four come up on almost every storm call we take in North Carolina and Southern Virginia.

"I do not know what is actually damaged"Fair — most of it is invisible from the ground. We show you photographs of every slope, marked and explained. "The claim process confuses me"We take each step in order and tell you what happens next, so nothing arrives as a surprise. "I am afraid of surprise costs"The written scope states the necessary work. On an approved claim you pay your deductible, not a moving number. "I worry about poor workmanship"Our own supervised crew does the work, and it is backed by a written workmanship warranty.

Why Local Homeowners Call Us First

Straight answers. Local service. No pressure.

After a hail line moves through the Triad, the door-knockers arrive from three states away. Here is the difference.

Invited visits only

We come out when you ask us to. Nobody from Alpha Omega knocks on your door after a storm.

Written, detailed scopes

A clear itemised scope of work in writing, not a one-line price on a clipboard.

Insured local crews

Our own trained team, insured and held to the same standard on every roof.

On your side at the roof

We meet the adjuster up there, so the assessment happens where the damage is.

Before You File

Your claim questions, answered

Can you inspect my roof after a storm?
Yes, and there is no charge. We get on the roof, mark and photograph every impact, and tell you whether there is a claim worth filing at all.
Do I need visible leaks before calling?
No. Most hail damage never leaks — it fractures the shingle mat and knocks granules loose, so the roof looks fine from the driveway and has stopped working.
Will I get photos and a written scope?
Always. Labelled photographs of every elevation plus an itemised scope of work, sent to you whether or not you file.
Do I have to use your company to file a claim?
No. The inspection and the documentation are yours to use. Most homeowners stay with us because we are the ones who met the adjuster on the roof.
Can you help with gutter and siding damage too?
Yes. Hail rarely stops at the roof, so we document dented gutters, downspouts, screens and other collateral damage as part of the same report.
How long does an inspection take?
Usually under an hour on a typical home in North Carolina, including the attic side and the photo report.
What if the adjuster misses damage?
It happens, and it is fixable. A short scope gets supplemented from our evidence, which is exactly why the photographs and measurements matter.
