What We Do
Everything we do, in one place
Roofing is the bulk of what we do, and we handle the rest of the exterior with the same crew. Not sure which one you need? That is what the free inspection is for — we will tell you the smallest thing that fixes it.
Roofing
Shingle, metal, low-slope and storm work
Exteriors
The rest of the envelope, by the same crew
Not Sure Which You Need
Repair, replace, or a claim?
Three different answers to the same phone call. Which one applies comes down to how far the damage has spread — not how bad the storm looked.
A repair, when damage is isolatedOne slope, one valley, a strip of lifted tabs, or a flashing detail — and the rest of the roof has years left.See roof repairA replacement, when it is everywhereRepeat leaks in more than one room, countable damage on every elevation, or a roof already 18–25 years old.See roof replacementA claim, when a storm caused itHail or wind with a provable date of loss. We document it, file it, and meet the adjuster on the roof.See storm & hail damage
The Same Way Every Time
How every job runs
Whichever service you need, the sequence does not change — and neither does what you are told before work starts.

Who You Are Hiring
A local roofer, not a crew that followed the storm in
After a hail event the door-knockers arrive from three states away. The difference shows up in year five, when someone has to honour the warranty.

Before You Call
Frequently asked questions
Which service do I actually need?
That is what the inspection is for. Isolated damage in one place is a repair. Granule loss across every slope, curling edges and leaks in more than one spot mean the covering is spent. We photograph what we find and tell you which one you have, including when the answer is that nothing needs doing yet.
Do you work on businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Alongside residential roofs we work on churches, shops, warehouses, apartment communities and other commercial buildings, including low-slope and flat systems that a shingle crew cannot cover.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes, and there is nothing to sign the day we visit. You get photographs of what we found and a written scope, and you decide in your own time.
Do you handle insurance claims?
We document the damage, submit it to your carrier in a form they can act on, and meet the adjuster on the roof. On an approved claim you pay your deductible rather than a markup on top of the settlement.
How soon can someone come out?
Call or text and you reach the owner directly, and we will book the first slot that suits you. If water is actively coming into the house, say so when you call and we will treat it as urgent.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully licensed and insured, and owner-operated. We are based in Burlington rather than following storms through, which is worth asking any contractor who knocks on your door.
